Overview

MDWorkbench is a model-driven engineering development environment that enables designers to:

• retrieve information
• transform it
• share it with other applications
• generate artifacts from it

MDWorkbench Server is the integration of MDWorkbench and MDAccess features into a server based environment. MDWorkbench assets can be executed on server side with MDWorkbench Server.

MDWorkbench Server provides the capability to:

• Access structural information of a authoring tool data source,
• Share file content between client and server,
• Execute packaged MDWorkbench services to transform data or produce generated files,
