Minor graphical improvements in the comments pane.

Conformity matrix: UI fixes, better data refresh when parameters change, no duplicates in dashboard metrics.

Navigation:

The banner highlights the current menu and no longer incorrectly filters the available reviews.
Better synchronisation between the left pane selected resource and the center pane content.

Permissions: comments creation, comments moderation and activities deletion now behave as expected.

Review export: fix architecture element IDs and filter findings per resource.

Finalize review: closing a comment triggers the related resource comments counter update.

Special characters support has been improved for a large number of fields.

There is no specific action to take upon migrating from version 4.0.0. Simply follow the Updating SECollab guidelines.
