Configuring ReqXChanger to export Sub-architectural Model Elements

This lesson guides you through how to configure ReqXChanger to export Sub-architectural Model Elements from Rhapsody to DOORS.

A first export to DOORS has already been launched.
However, the architecture elements carried by the linked elements (to requirements) are not exported.
We will set up ReqXChanger in order to do it.

From Rhapsody, right-click on the Project, and select the menu ReqXChanger > Open ReqXChanger.

To configure the Rhapsody Options:

Click on the Export to Options button.
Select the option Mode > Roundtrip Model Elements > Sub-architectural Model Elements.
- Check the option Roundtrip Sub-architectural Model Elements.
- Check the option Roundtrip Category to roundtrip the category of Sub-Elements.
- Verify that the option Type Names is set to Attribute;Operation;Port

ReqXChanger is now configured to export Attributes, Operations and Ports for linked Model Elements. The interface can be closed.
