Link between Windchill Change Requests / Change Notices and Requirements
Windchill Change Requests and Change Notices can now be linked with Requirements in remote OSLC applications. The supported link types are:
IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) 7.0.2 support
Linking with all ELM 7.0.2 applications is now possible, notably when using Global Configurations.

Improved troubleshooting in the OSLC Friends administration page
When adding an OSLC Friend in Windchill, errors troubleshooting has been improved thanks to more detailed messages and resolution steps, all available from within the application.
