Support for Windchill Path Filters

In addition to the Configuration Specifications filters already supported, OSLC Connect for Windchill now supports Path Filters.

Known limitation: the selection dialog for Parts, used when creating links from the remote application, can be slow to fetch content when a path filter is involved, depending on the volume of data to process. This will be addressed in a subsequent release.
