OCWC-PRC015 A migration needs to be performed by an OSLC Connect for Windchill administrator.
A new version has been installed and a data migration is required. OSLC Connector capabilities are disabled until the migration is done.
Check the status page in the OSLC Connect for Windchill administration, you will see the list of migrations to be performed. Launch the required migrations, the OSLC Connector will be back to its normal state.
