CRRWC09027 The queue is not started


One or several Windchill processing queues used by OSLC Connect TRS to handle events are not started. This causes the TRS to not contain all changes applied to Windchill Objects, and requires a manual rebuild action of the TRS.


Access the Queue Management utility from Site > Utilities. Start the OSLC Connect TRS stopped queues and wait that all queue entries have be processed.
If the status of Queues is Ready, it means that there is no Method server or Background Method server configured to execute queues. Review Windchill help to configure background method servers and queues.
Finally rebuild the TRS in the OSLC Connect Admin page for TRS.
