Reason
Checked in tokens cannot be checked out for a variety of reasons.
- The license server's host might be down.
- The network between OSLC Connect for Windchill and the license server might be out of service.
- The license server might disagree that the tokens are checked in.
- The license server may have been reprovisioned with different feature information.
Resolution
Contact your Network Administrator to diagnose network connectivity.
Contact your IBM support representative to report the problem.
