Cannot link Jira issues from IBM Rhapsody Model Manager

Symptoms

When starting the linking process from RRM, Jira projects are not visible in the Artifact Container combo.

Conditions

Jira has been friended properly with IBM Engineering Workflow Management application.

Solution

Ask your Jira administrator to assign the TRS functional user to the consumer corresponding to the IBM Engineering Workflow Management application.

Cause

RMM requires a functional user on Jira consumer to get properly authenticated.
