Cannot see back links in Jira to IBM Rhapsody Model Manager change sets

Symptoms

When creating an external link in IBM Rhapsody Model Manager (RMM) and associating a change request to the operation, no link is created on Jira back to the created Change Set.

Conditions

Jira and IBM Engineering Workflow Management application are friended properly each other.

Solution

• None: this is a documented known limitation of RMM.

Cause

RMM is not creating the back link on Jira.
