As this is the first release supporting Jira 11 and it is no longer compatible with Jira 10 and below, downgrading is not supported.

Renaming to OSLC Connect for Jira Data Center
To avoid any confusion with Cloud products, OSLC Connect for Jira now becomes OSLC Connect for Jira Data Center.
Jira 11 Support
Support for Jira 11 has been added. Earlier version of Jira are no longer supported.
Java 21 as minimum version.
As a requirement for Jira 11, OSLC Connect for Jira Data Center now requires Java 21 as minimum version.
New licensing
Licenses are no longer acquired and managed via the Atlassian Marketplace. OSLC Connect for Jira uses its own licensing management. Existing Atlassian Marketplace licenses remain valid until they expire. For more details, check the Licensing Documentation.
