FQDN warnings

Using non Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDN) can lead to communication failures. Warning were added for these cases:

• When Jira is navigated using non FQDN, the Status page and the Consumers page show warnings.
• When creating a Friend, an info message is displayed when using a non FQDN URI.
• New Friends states were added: one for using a non FQDN URI with a warning communications can fail and one for using a different domain with a tip that sharing cookies is necessary.

Relaxed validation rules for Polarion links

It is now possible to create links from Polarion using URLs with version query parameter.

Removed duplicated link checks during creation

When attempting to create a link that already exists errors will not be displayed. The dialog simply closes and the duplicated link will not be added.

Downgrading is supported.
