Jira 10 Support

Support for Jira 10 has been added.

Quality Management and X-Ray Enhancements

• Changed the Configuration Management's release resolution when linking from external applications: When linking from an external application the Configuration's Release Links (for CM) and Local Configurations (for QM) will be used to determine what Jira version should be used
• Added default usages for suggested Issue Types Mappings

As this is the first release supporting Jira 10 and it is no longer compatible with Jira 9 and below, downgrading is not supported.
