System Requirements

Before installing OSLC Connect for Jira Cloud, ensure you have the following prerequisites in place.

Atlassian Requirements

• Jira Cloud site: An active Atlassian Jira Cloud tenant.
• Atlassian Administrator Account: An account with administrator or system administrator privileges on the Jira Cloud site.

Network Requirements

• Public domain: The Broker needs to be accessible through a public domain to be reachable by Jira Cloud.
• Outbound Access: The Broker needs to access Atlassian APIs at *.atlassian.com and *.atlassian.net and the OSLC Remote Applications.
• Inbound Access: Jira Cloud needs to reach the Broker via a public URL over HTTPS (see allowed ports).

Broker Requirements

• SSL Certificate: A valid SSL certificate on the Public domain above for HTTPS communication.
• The broker's URL (host and port) must be known to install the Atlassian apps.
