Project Modeling is the creation of elements to organize a procurement process to implement and deploy resources that are needed to deliver a required capability. You can decompose projects into subprojects and plans, but you can also organize projects along a temporal axis for timed deliveries by associating milestones with both projects and their plans. For more information, see the UPIA specification: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27019099&aid=1
