You can increase the VM arguments, on %PUBLISHER_INSTALL_DIR%\publisher.ini, like:
-startup
plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.5.700.v20200207-2156.jar
--launcher.library
plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.win32.win32.x86_64_1.1.1200.v20200508-1552
-clean
-vmargs
-Dosgi.requiredJavaVersion=11
-Dosgi.instance.area.default=@user.home/ea2md-workspace
-Xms256m
-Xmx10g
-Djdk.xml.maxGeneralEntitySizeLimit=0
-Djdk.xml.totalEntitySizeLimit=50000000
Note 1: The values to set depend on the specifications of the system you are working on. If this is not enough, you could try to increase again the Xmx value.
Note 2: Since Java 24, the limitations regarding the size of the xml document has been reduced, lines with arguments jdk.xml.maxGeneralEntitySizeLimit and jdk.xml.totalEntitySizeLimit enable to restore previous values and avoid issues when reading big models.
If during your work the out of memory error dialog box appears, change the Java Heap size and the MaxPermSize directly in this dialog box.
In the Xmx field change the number of heap size to bigger heap size in megabytes. In the XX:MaxPermSize field you can increase the MaxPermSize.
You can also change the java heap size or MaxPermSize in the magicdraw.properties file.

It may be related to a known limitation of Enterprise Architect 17 which does not export stereotype and its application for tagged values.
To avoid this, please use a prior version of Enterprise Architect (such as 16.1 for example)
It may be related to a known limitation of Cameo which does not support character such as £, ¤ and µ in the stereotype name.
To avoid this, please update the stereotype's name and the name of local tagged values (tag value that does not belong to a stereotype).
In Enterprise Architect, the AttachedFiles are Artifacts, but in MagicDraw, an AttachedFile is a Comment.
To preserve the relationships from/to the attachment, the transformation creates the AttachedFile under the Artifact in MagicDraw.
An additional hyperlink is created between the Artifact and the AttachedFile to make the Artifact clickable in the diagrams and display a small icon according to the type of the AttachedFile.
During the transformation, standard Hyperlinks targeting files, websites, elements of the model, embedded documents are managed.
Enterprise Architect enable the user to create Hyperlinks to run script, command, search, or to access Enterprise Architect documentation, etc... Those links are related to specific functionalities of Enterprise Architect and are not supported by the transformation.
