Managing export identifiers

An export identifier is a way to identify a resource by its attributes :

• It can be used for naming resources :
  • When exporting a review in BIRT format or Excel format
  • When exporting a Design in BIRT format

Creating export identifiers

To create export identifiers, go to the Project Administration's "Export Identifiers" section:

• Click the "+ New export identifier" link
• Set a title and a description
• Choose the type of the concerned resources. It can be either a standard type or a custom type.
• Choose the Tool that will trigger the use of the export identifier
• Choose the attributes that will be used for the functional identifier
• Choose the attributes separator
