Overview
This helper provides a bespoke editor for Weighted Objectives.

Operation
The helper first gathers an existing Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) from the selected Weighted Objective and then presents a UI for editing:
Editing
· Click New MOE to create a new Measure of Effectiveness.
· Click inside the cells to edit the names / weights – changes take effect as you type.
Validation
The helper displays a warning in the status bar when:
· There are MOEs that have no weights.
· The total weight does not equal 1.
Auto-Population
Clicking Fill Empty Weights will cause the helper to calculate the current weight total and then distribute the remaining weight (1 – total) across all currently empty weight fields.
Navigation
Right-click a row and select Locate in Browser to navigate to the MOE in Rhapsody.
