This helper opens the Welcome Page associated with the project.

The helper may also be invoked from the Help menu where it is named Project Welcome Screen to align with the Rhapsody welcome page terminology:

Operation

When launched the helper checks the value of the project level property:

RhapsodyPowerpack.TriggeredHelpers.ProjectWelcomePage

If this property is not empty and either:

· Starts with http or

· Points at a valid html file

Then that web page is automatically opened as a tab (or as an external web page if using Rhapsody 9 or earlier).
